Website Design

Content Management:

Some websites require a lot of updating. By building a website with that in mind, sections of the site can be set up to allow updates to be made by you or your staff.  Software, training, and support for self-management can be provided at whatever level meets your needs and within your comfort zone. By having a strong support source in your webmaster, you won't have to be concerned about the change-over of the staff members that administrate website updates. You will always have a backup!

Photos, Graphics, Slideshows & Videos:

Photos and other graphics present a site visitor's first impression of the website. There are many ways to present photos and graphics on a website. Flash clips and other animated graphics, used judiciously, can immediately capture a visitor's interest in the content you want to emphasize. Often less is more. You will want a balance between having pictures and keeping enough relevant text content on your page to please both visitors and search engines.

Displaying current photos is much simpler that it used to be through the use of photo 'gallery' software that many hosting companies offer as part of their subscriptions. Updating photos on your website can easily become an in-house project.

Slideshows are a great way to display a variety of photos without taking up too much space on the web page. They can be automatically rotating images or have visitor controls for clicking through a gallery.

Digital videos are one of the latest new features being used on websites for product demonstrations, business ads, etc. Videos that you have filmed or videos that were filmed for you as a TV ad, can be added in a quick loading format with play/stop controls or as auto-play.
